We believe in a seasonal pantry. For fresh fruits and vegetables we choose from what's in season for the simple reason whether a vegetable from the garden or fruit straight the orchard - it's going to taste better. Much better.

Meat, fish and poultry - it's all about location. If we don't butcher our own meats - we do seek locally raised choices.
